SECOND PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH is located in downtown Staunton at the corner of N. Lewis and W. Frederick Streets.  (NOTE: Frederick St. is one way, heading west.)

Parking for Sunday services

SPECIAL NOTICE: As of July 1, 2008, Central United Methodist Church has reassumed control of the former municipal lot across the street from the church.  This lot will no longer be leased by the city for metered parking.  We have been informed that this lot will be for the exclusive use of the members of Central United Methodist Church.  Persons who have parked in this lot on Sundays should cease from doing so as of July 1.

Parking is available in these locations on Sundays:

• curbside, along Lewis, Frederick, and Filmore Streets, including along Lewis Street beside the Methodist parking lot.
• in the former Church Lot on Frederick, beside the rental property now owned by Community Bank.  This lot may be used during times when the bank is closed..
• in several (small) business parking lots along Lewis Street, just north of the church.
• two options about two blocks away, either direction on Lewis Street: the Johnson Street parking garage, and the municipal lot near the downtown hotel.

Parking at other times
During business hours, parking in downtown Staunton can be limited.  Street parking on Frederick St. in front of the church is not permitted, except for loading and unloading.  The best options are to park along Lewis Street.
